• Booking information — if you use the embedded Cal.com booking widget, it collects your name, email, phone number, service preference, and appointment time.
• Contact-form information — if you send a message through the form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, and message.
• Basic hosting / analytics data — Cloudflare may process IP address, browser, and device information needed to host the site securely. TODO: enable Cloudflare Web Analytics if desired.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or ad-tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

• To confirm and prepare for your appointment.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To keep the website secure and functioning correctly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who else sees it

• Cal.com — booking widget and appointment scheduling.
• Formspree — contact-form delivery.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, caching, and security logs.

Cookies

This site does not use ad or retargeting cookies. Embedded providers such as Cal.com or Formspree may set functional cookies needed for booking or form delivery.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact-form data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for salon records, typically up to two years unless a shorter period is requested.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information connected to your booking or message.

New York notice

Because Smith Nail is based in New York, we aim to handle personal information in line with the NY SHIELD Act and other applicable privacy obligations.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. If a minor is receiving a service, a parent or guardian should handle booking and communication.
